By accessing our site or using our professional services—including judicial and reformative illustration, original prints, and custom commissions—you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all content across our Home, Portfolio, About, and specialized service pages. We are dedicated to providing high-quality visual solutions with a professional and friendly approach from our studio in Harleysville, PA.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All illustrations, prints, and site content are the intellectual property of J&R Illustrations Company. Purchase of an original print or custom commission does not transfer copyright unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. Clients are granted a limited usage license for personal or specified commercial purposes as outlined in their individual agreements. Visitors may not reproduce site content or Porfolio works without express permission.

3. Returns, Revisions & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our reformative illustrations and commissions, we do not offer full refunds once work has commenced. For custom projects, we provide one standard round of revisions to ensure the final piece aligns with your vision. Physical prints damaged during shipping can be replaced if reported within 7 days of arrival. Digital files are generally non-refundable once delivered.

4. Liability & Disclaimer

The judicial illustrations provided by J&R Illustrations Company are artistic interpretations intended for visual communication only and do not constitute legal advice. We are not liable for any legal outcomes or decisions made based on the use of our illustrative services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
